Oh stop it! Unless our friends and family are whiling away their days under a number of crafty pseudonyms, it would appear that fishwives’ fervour is slowly starting to grip the nation. This is the kind of sincere correspondence that scrapbooks were made for. We hope you don’t mind but we’ve taken the liberty to cobble together our own feel-good virtual pin board that never fails to put a skip in our step, whatever the weather. Saturday Telegraph –Nov ‘07 ‘If you happen to be miles away from the fishmonger and fresh out of spuds, the two fishwives fish pie is as good, if not better than anything you could knock up yourself and it’s only a phone call away.’

They write, 'The busiest Christmas will be made a whole lot easier with a couple of large fish pies in the freezer, and these rich, well-packed pies with a home-made feel are the best we have tried.' 10 November '07 The Telegraph Magazine: Carolyn Hart writes that our fishpie, 'is as good as, if not better than, anything you could knock up yourself'. 31 Oct '07 The Daily Mail: Rose Prince recommends both our fishcakes and fishpies and one of lovely outlets, The Chelsea Fishmonger, in her article, "The Real Food Guide to Britain". July '07 TWO FISHWIVES AWARDED 5 GOLDS IN THE GREAT TASTE AWARDS! In our best year ever five of our products have been awarded in the Great Taste Awards! Our Fish Pie, Salmon and Dill Fishcake, Smoked Haddock Fishcake, Thai Fishcake and Brunchie (Salmon & Cod) Fishcake have all won Gold this year! This marks the third year in a row in which we have been given awards by the Great Taste Awards.
